This medieval tour starts with visit to vizier town of Travnik
After visiting major attractions of Travnik we make a short break at Plava voda Restaurant for coffee and breakfast (not included) or visit the Birthplace of Ivo Andric, our Nobel Prize Winner for Literature (upon your request).
After Travnik, we continue towards the royal town of Jajce, a nominee for the UNESCO Heritage Site. Our first stop is the spectacular Waterfall and the fortress rising above it. After visiting the fortress (entry fee is 2 KM/1 euro), we continue to medieval catacombs (entry fee 2 KM/1 euro), Monastery where the last Bosnian King was buried, Temple of the Roman God Mithra dating back to the late 3rd century (entry fee 2KM/1 euro), and the Museum dedicated to the Anti-Fascist Council for the National Liberation of Yugoslavia (entry fee 2KM/1 euro). Lunch break (lunch not included). After you have visited all major cultural monuments we continue to the Pliva Lake with old mills where your soul will get inspired once again.
